DraftFlo LLC promises to deliver high-quality products in good condition. If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges and restocking fees).  We promise to process your request in a timely manner.  All products carry a full warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of sale.  Defective parts, subject to our inspection, will be replaced or repaired during the warranty period on a no charge basis.  All labor and/or loss of sales must be borne by the purchaser.
